The per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs 700, reaching Rs 241,000 on Tuesday, up from Rs 240,300 on the last trading day, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold rose by Rs 600, climbing to Rs 206,619 from Rs 206,019. The price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold also saw an increase, rising to Rs 189,400 from Rs 188,850.

In contrast, the prices of silver remained stable. The price of per tola and ten grams of silver held steady at Rs 2,820 and Rs 2,417.70, respectively.

GOLD PRICE (XAU/USD) TRADES LOWER – TA

On the international front, the price of gold increased by $10, moving up to $2,336 from $2,326. This rise in international gold prices is reflected in the domestic market, contributing to the upward trend in local gold prices.
