Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (PSX: OGDC) has announced a further increase in production at Nashpa Well-10 through various optimization initiatives, including Rigless interventions such as perforation washes in the Datta, Shinawari, Samanasuk, Lumshiwal, and Hangu formations.
The company shared this development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.
Previously, OGDC disclosed on September 13, 2023, that production at Nashpa Well-10 had been enhanced to 1,340 barrels per day (BPD) of oil through Rigless interventions in the Hangu-Lumshiwal formation.
Following the latest optimization efforts, total production from Nashpa Well-10 has now reached 1,870 BPD of oil and 7.02 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of gas. Additionally, the well is producing 10 metric tons per day of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which is being injected into the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) network.
