PKR INTERBANK RATE: Thursday’s interbank trading, the value of the Pakistani rupee (PKR) increased by almost 22 paisa in relation to the US dollar, finishing at PKR 285.17 from PKR 285.39 a day earlier.
OPEN MARKET RATES: The Pakistani Rupee remained constant in the open market as exchange companies offered the dollar at 287 for selling and 284 for buying.

PKR AGAINST MAJORE CURRENCIES

The British Pound closed at 362.18, down from 362.28 the previous day, a decrease of 10.58 paisa.
The Swiss franc closed at 326.78, up 1.74 rupees from the previous session’s close of 325.04.
PKR shed 0.3 paisa against the Japanese yen, closing at 1.94 vs 1.937 the previous day.
The Chinese Yuan closed at 39.9865, down 6.48 paisa from the previous session’s 40.0513.
The Saudi Riyal ended the day at 76.01, down 7.53 paisa from 76.09 the day before.
The value of the U.A.E. Dirham dropped from 77.712 to 77.653 a day ago, a loss of 5.94 paisa.
