KARACHI: The price of PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHC) shares at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) will align with the closing price of Pakistan International Airlines Corp (PSX: PIA). This announcement was made by the company in a notice to the PSX on Tuesday.
This pricing applies to both categories of PIAHC shares: Ordinary-A (PIAHCLA) and Ordinary-B (PIAHCLB). These shares will trade at the same closing prices as their respective counterparts, PIAA and PIAB.
“The opening price of PIAHCLA and PIAHCLB shall be the same as the closing price of PIAA and PIAB on the final book closure date, respectively,” the notice stated.
This development ensures that the share prices for PIA Holding Company Limited remain consistent with those of Pakistan International Airlines Corp, reflecting the current market values accurately.
